Associate Bonus Program
All hotel employeesfrom hourly associates to the General Managerparticipate in bonus plans based on Guest Satisfaction Survey scores. Guest Satisfaction scores are the largest component of the bonus plans for management staff (40% of each managers potential bonus). Management staff can also earn bonuses based on Associate Opinion Survey scores (30% of potential) and House Profit achievement (30% of potential). While many hotel companies have cut bonuses in response to the business downturn following September 11th, PHM has maintained its management and hourly employee bonus plans to prove its commitment to Guest Satisfaction, Associate Opinion and House Profit.
Associate Referral Fee
Eligible associates who refer individuals to an available position and are hired will receive a $1000 associate referral fee. (Payment is contingent upon policy specifications.)
