Pacific Hotel Management, LLC provides extensive training to its managers and associates. In addition to training provided by hotel franchisers, PHM sponsors service training, English as a Second Language and Spanish for English Speakers, human resource training and customizable training programs for supervisors and managers.

Pacific Hotel Management, LLC (PHM) manages all of the hotels owned by affiliates of Clement Chen & Associates, combining a focused corporate administrative staff with a "hands on" management philosophy to operate profitable, well-maintained hotels. PHM's professional management team has exceptional depth of experience in operating and marketing hotels from mid-market brands such as Four Points by Sheraton to extended-stay brands such as Residence Inn by Marriott and Homewood Suites by Hilton, to upscale brands such as Westin, Sheraton and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.
