Busperson
The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest and providing fast and courteous service of food and beverage to guests by clearing and setting tables and performing miscellaneous tasks. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. Clear, clean, and set tables according to established service standards. Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirror and floors of restaurant. Separate dirty china, glassware and silver and deliver to kitchen for cleaning. Perform set-up and closing side work assignments such as make coffee, fold napkins, etc. Stock service station or pantry with napkins, placemats, condiments, etc. May be required to transport linens to and from laundry. May routinely fill water glasses, serve non-alcoholic beverages, and assist servers by delivering items to guest tables. Perform other duties as assigned including but not limited to room service duties

The Banquet/Convention Service Housperson is primarily responsible for the set-up and break down all meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas. Clean and maintain all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings and service areas in the banquet facilities ensuring hotelís standards of cleanliness. Must provide prompt and courteous service to guests during banquet/catering functions. May need to assist servers in serving menu items if business dictates. Provide prompt and courteous service to guests during banquet/catering functions. Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to the banquet event order; time the service of courses to correspond with the dining pace of the guests. Perform pre- and post-shift side work, set-up, condiments, etc. Clear tables after service. Remove trays of dirty dishes, silverware and glassware to kitchen for cleaning. Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction; notify supervisor of guest complaints or unusual situations. Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards. Servers engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner. Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary. Manage the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department, plan, schedule, and organize work to ensure proper coverage. The Housekeeping Manager will manage the overall daily operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all departmental standards, policies, and procedures are consistently being adhered to through the Supervisors on a daily basis. This position will be responsible for the on-going management of the housekeeping staff in their daily activities and achieving the overall performance standards of the property in the areas of cleanliness, sanitation and associate satisfaction. Room Attendant
Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction and maintain standards of cleanliness and sanitation and provide turndown duties as necessary. Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc. Provide turndown service according to established brand or hotel standards and procedures such as turning down linens, closing drapes, refresh amenities, etc. This position will require the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. Notify supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied. Report any room unable to be serviced to supervisor according to established procedures. Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions. Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction. Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping. Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures.
