Housekeeping Team Leader/Supervisor
The Housekeeping Team Leader/Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the Housekeeping department inclusive of inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. Supervise and inspect the work of assigned room attendants and/or public area attendants and laundry area to ensure product quality standards are met, laundry and linen needs are maintained and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives. Inspect all assigned areas to ensure furnishings, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens, and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction Inspect storage rooms and room attendant carts for neatness, cleanliness, adequate supplies, and good repair. Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction. May perform all housekeeping duties necessary including makings beds and vacuuming and cleaning guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction. Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures. May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.

•Minimum of 1-year hotel experience is preferred and prior supervisory experience preferred.
•Excellent organizational skills are essential, must be able to multi task, have outstanding attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail.
•Must have clear, concise verbal & written communication skills.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills is required.
•Bilingual is a plus (The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred)

Accounts Receivable and Payroll Clerk
Responsible for processing, recording, and billing of debts owed to the hotel as well as the oversight of the payroll process for the hotel. Monitor group master accounts (ensuring correctness of billing), posting of monthly transactions, preparing monthly invoices and statements, posting cash receipts and wire transfers, reconciling A/R trial balance to General Ledger, conducting aged trial balance reviews, communicating with guests regarding collection issues and assisting with various special projects as assigned. Must be able to identify issues with regards to the current process and notify management of concerns and potential solutions. Research and respond to all credit card charge backs within time limits set by credit card companies, processing the necessary adjustments when required. Research and respond to all individual travel agent commission inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree in Accounting or an applicable discipline or a minimum of three (3) years accounting experience preferably in a hotel environment.
•Must have minimum of one (1) year experience in payroll.
•Candidate should have outstanding analytical skills, attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, attention to detail and organizational skills.
•The ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure effectively and work independently.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of associates and management.
•Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software programs, payroll and HR systems.
•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required, as well as the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
