Instant Service Supervisor
Assist in supporting the Instant Service Manager in the oversight of the daily operations of the department. Ensure staff is properly trained including service expectations, hotel facilities and services, local directions, safety and emergency procedures, etc. Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner and handle room service orders (follow established script to encourage up-selling with room service orders) via phone from guests. Efficiently and professionally handle multiple incoming calls at once. This role is high-pressured multi-tasked position, having continuous communication with the in-room dining servers on amenity coordination and all deliveries, acting as central communications point during emergency and/or crisis situations and promptly route internal/external calls to its destination.

Engineer Supervisor
Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained. Supervise shifts, projects, or any aspect of maintenance/engineering operations which may include scheduling employees, assigning daily work and projects, training and coaching employees, inspecting work for quality and productivity, and initiating corrective and/or disciplinary action as needed. Inspect work assignments to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and within specifications. The Engineer Supervisor will be responsible for shift coverage and therefore must possess strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, using a windows based computer system.

The Front Office Agentís primary responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction and deliver prompt, courteous service. This position assists in maintaining all aspects of the Front Office areas and serves as a support to the Front Office Management team (and Bell Staff and Night Audit Staff). Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards. Promote hotel services, facilities and outlets; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase guest satisfaction. Position will be required to work varied schedule that may include evenings, nights and weekends.

Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction and maintain standards of cleanliness and sanitation and provide turndown duties as necessary. The Banquet/Convention Service Housperson is primarily responsible for the set-up and break down all meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas. Clean and maintain all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings and service areas in the banquet facilities ensuring hotelís standards of cleanliness. Must provide prompt and courteous service to guests during banquet/catering functions. May need to assist servers in serving menu items if business dictates. May handle incoming/outgoing boxes and exhibit materials. Perform other duties as assigned.

Banquet Captain
Primarily responsible for leading the set-up and break-down, and/or service and clean up, of banquet functions during assigned shift and providing prompt and courteous service to guests during banquet/catering functions. Assign work and monitor the performance of scheduled banquet staff. They are responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Work closely with Kitchen Staff to communicate speed of service, client numbers, and special requests. Respond to guest requests and/or complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Participate in pre-function meeting and review all information pertinent to service and set up of group. Inspect scheduled function areas/rooms, table set-ups, bar set-ups, buffet tables, receptions and coffee breaks for cleanliness, attractiveness, and proper layout. Follow procedures to (1) ensure the security and proper storage of banquet inventory and equipment, (2) ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions, (3) check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness, and (4) to minimize misuse and breakage of china, glassware, linen, and supplies and to ensure that no re-usable goods are wasted. Perform other duties as assigned.
