Housekeeping Houseperson
The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. Clean and service the assigned public areas according to established quality standards and procedure (I.E. public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors; Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor, remove non-floor closet items and store in appropriate areas.) Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions. Maintains linen rooms with adequate stock of all supplies. Transports all clean and dirty linen to the appropriate areas. Shampoos carpet, clean hallways, and sweeps stairwells as needed. Assist room attendants on assigned floors; collect dirty linens and transport to laundry area, deliver fresh linens to room attendant carts throughout the day. May assist with stripping linens from room and/or the cleaning of public areas. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and housekeeping staff. Respond to guestsí requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, cots, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner.

Front Office Agent
The Front Office Agentís primary responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction and deliver prompt, courteous service. This position assists in maintaining all aspects of the Front Office areas and serves as a support to the Front Office Management team (and Bell Staff, Door/Valet Staff, Transportation Staff, and Night Audit Staff). Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services.

Bartender
Prepare beverages and/or serve food for the customer in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. The Bartender position should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This person is responsible for check handling and cash control procedures. Prepares all requisitions for liquor and set-up items and servicing to the guest. Set up bar including all liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware and supplies. Perform pre- and post-shift side-work (empty/fill ice-bins, prepare garnishments, replenish/store snacks, etc.). Requisition all necessary supplies. Inventory unused liquor and beverages. Ensure that all liquor is properly secured before, during, and at close of shift. Obtain, count and secure bartenderís bank; receive cash and credit payments from customers; give accurate change and balance cash drawer at end of shift. Greet guests pleasantly as they approach the bar; promote house drinks and utilize up-selling skills to maximize revenues. Adhere to established pouring standards and drink recipes to provide a consistent product to the guests and to control costs. Coordinate food service with restaurant(s) for bar/lounge guests if applicable. Monitor guest behavior and guest alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease; notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired condition of customers; check identification whenever the age of a guest requesting an alcoholic beverage service is questionable.

Food & Beverage Floater
The Food and Beverage Floater position will assist in various areas of the Food & Beverage Department. The areas of assistance will include, but not be limited to Club Lounge Host Person, Restaurant Host Person and Busperson. Duties will include assisting the Food Server in serving the guest and providing fast and courteous service of food and beverage to guests by clearing and setting tables and performing miscellaneous tasks, welcoming and creating the first impression for guests by providing table accommodations to guests and offering menu recommendations; seating guests ensuring a balanced workload among servers. May take food and beverage orders and assist in check close out for servers as needed. May routinely clear and reset tables and assist with opening tasks such as assigning stations to servers.
