Cafe Manager
Manage all aspects of the food and beverage outlets (i.e. Restaurant, Room Service, Banquets, etc.) on a daily basis and coordinate special events. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Supervises a number of service employees such as wait staff, buspersons, cashier/greeters, in one or more food and/or beverage outlet(s). Café Beverage Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership of personnel, customer service, administrative, operational and other responsibilities as assigned or required. Ensure all staff is properly trained and certified if applicable and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions. Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Establish and implement appropriate service recovery guidelines in order to ensure total guest satisfaction. Monitor performance of the café and lobby lounge through analysis of guest feedback and financial results. Initiate corrective action as needed. Maintain procedures to (1) ensure the security and proper storage of food & beverage inventory, and equipment, (2) ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions, (3) replenish supplies, inventory, uniforms, etc. in a timely and efficient manner, and (4) to minimize waste and control costs. Participate in taking inventories. Ensure that all food & beverage equipment (coffee and soda machines, registers, etc.) is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis. Ensure that all food & beverage facilities are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volumes. Conduct meetings to inform staff of special promotions, daily specials, and additional information. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Develop a working knowledge of each outlet position to assist in overall operations efficiency (i.e. Micros, cash handling, side duties, etc

Evening Server/Cook
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to completing opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, set up, stock, and maintaining work areas; taking orders from customers; inputting orders into micros, and obtaining payment and provide change; preparation of food, coffee and other beverages, including alcohol; preparation of ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food; preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist; providing assistance in Food and Beverage areas including busing, cleaning and resetting tables, delivering food to guests; general cleaning of food and beverage prep areas and other areas within the lobby area.

House Attendant
The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. Clean and service the assigned public areas according to established quality standards and procedure (I.E. public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors; Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor, remove non-floor closet items and store in appropriate areas.). Transports all clean and dirty linen to the appropriate areas. Shampoos carpet, clean hallways, and sweeps stairwells as needed. Assist room attendants on assigned floors; collect dirty linens and transport to laundry area, deliver fresh linens to room attendant carts throughout the day. May assist with stripping linens from room and/or the cleaning of public areas. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and housekeeping staff. Respond to guests’ requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, cots, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner. Work closely with the Laundry Attendant to ensure that linen inventories are stocked as appropriate. May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects and with other duties as assigned.

Night Auditor
This challenging position has overall responsibility for balancing all hotel income and expenses for 24-hour hotel operating period. Key responsibilities include: Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. Transmit credit card batches. Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents. Act as hotel system liaison during night hours.
