Front Desk Agent
The Front Office Agent’s primary responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction and deliver prompt, courteous service. This position assists in maintaining all aspects of the Front Office areas and serves as a support to the Front Office Management team (and Bell Staff and Night Audit Staff). Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards. Promote hotel services, facilities and outlets; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase guest satisfaction. Position will be required to work varied schedule that may include evenings, nights and weekends.

Restaurant Superivsor
Assist the F&B/Outlet Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Department (i.e. Restaurant, Room Service, Bar) on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements. Supervises a number of service employees such as servers and buspersons. The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the F&B/Outlet Manager with the overall responsibilities of customer service, some administrative, operational and other responsibilities as assigned or required. Oversee performance of all Food & Beverage associates and informs Manager of corrective action as needed. Maintain procedures to (1) ensure the security and proper storage of inventory, and equipment, (2) ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions, (3) replenish supplies, inventory, uniforms, etc. in a timely and efficient manner, and (4) to minimize waste and control costs. Ensure that all Food & Beverage facilities are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volumes. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Develop a working knowledge of each Food & Beverage position to assist in overall operations efficiency (i.e. Micros, cash handling, side duties, etc.) Perform other duties as assigned.

Room Attendant
Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction and maintain standards of cleanliness and sanitation and provide turndown duties as necessary. Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc. Provide turndown service according to established brand or hotel standards and procedures such as turning down linens, closing drapes, refresh amenities, etc. This position will require the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight.

House Attendant
The Housekeeping House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. Clean and service the assigned public areas according to established quality standards and procedure (I.E. public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors; Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor, remove non-floor closet items and store in appropriate areas.) Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions. Maintains linen rooms with adequate stock of all supplies. Transports all clean and dirty linen to the appropriate areas. Shampoos carpet, clean hallways, and sweeps stairwells as needed. Assist room attendants on assigned floors; collect dirty linens and transport to laundry area, deliver fresh linens to room attendant carts throughout the day. May assist with stripping linens from room and/or the cleaning of public areas. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and housekeeping staff. Respond to guests’ requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, cots, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner.
