RESTAURANT SERVER (PART TIME/ FULL TIME)
Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards. Servers engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner. Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary. Perform side-work, and any other opening or closing duties as required. Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift. May receive guest payments and process transactions as outlined in the cash and charge procedures as needed and assist with other duties as assigned.

HOUSE ATTENDANT (FULL TIME/ PART TIME)
The Housekeeping House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. Clean and service the assigned public areas according to established quality standards and procedure (I.E. public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors; Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor, remove non-floor closet items and store in appropriate areas.) Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions. Maintains linen rooms with adequate stock of all supplies. Transports all clean and dirty linen to the appropriate areas. Shampoos carpet, clean hallways, and sweeps stairwells as needed. Assist room attendants on assigned floors; collect dirty linens and transport to laundry area, deliver fresh linens to room attendant carts throughout the day. May assist with stripping linens from room and/or the cleaning of public areas. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and housekeeping staff. Respond to guests’ requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, cots, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner

ROOM ATTENDANT(FULL TIME OR PART TIME)
Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction and maintain standards of cleanliness and sanitation and provide turndown duties as necessary. Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc. Provide turndown service according to established brand or hotel standards and procedures such as turning down linens, closing drapes, refresh amenities, etc. This position will require the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight

FRONT OFFICE AGENT (FULL TIME)
The Front Office Agent’s primary responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction and deliver prompt, courteous service. This position assists in maintaining all aspects of the Front Office areas and serves as a support to the Front Office Management team (and Bell Staff, Door/Valet Staff, Transportation Staff, and Night Audit Staff). Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards. Promote hotel services, facilities and outlets; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase guest satisfaction. Position will be required to work varied schedule that may include evenings, nights and weekends. The Front Desk Agent is accountable for maintaining established standards in his/her area. Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue. Routinely check in/check-out guests, answer phones, take reservations and assist staff with job functions. The Front of Agent will act as a Guest Service Attendant therefore, assist with carrying guest luggage as part of the personalization and rapport building with the guest. May be responsible for issuing safe-deposit boxes to guest and ensuring the security of keys. Perform other duties as assigned, which may include guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, etc.). Maintain a commitment to consistently provide friendly service, and consistently providing the highest quality product and value to every customer on every occasion. Complete opening and closing shift duties, and communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up. Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Make appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction

clerk is responsible for processing the payments and hotel bills after verifying the accuracy or approval all the documents. Also, the General Cashier is responsible for counting and preparing the daily deposits. Preparing over/short reports. Also, in charge and posting or distribution food and beverage staff tips. Auditing banks. Providing change to cashiers. The position requires basic knowledge in accounting operations, mathematical skills, written and verbal English language communications skill and ability to respond the guest and associate concerns in a professional manner. Knowledge and computerized system and experience in Excel is required
