. Must have excellent communication skills. Previous customer service background is a plus. Ability to pull/push and lift up to 100 lbs. This position will coordinate guest needs, requests, and inquiries to ensure superior service and value for our guests. Knowledge of area is preferred. Must be flexible with the schedule and able to work weekends.

PERSONAL CONCIERGE (FT )
This position will manage all aspects of the guest experience from personally greeting each guest and providing a VIP check-in/check-out services to being the first point of contact for the guest and personally assisting the guest with all services/requests during their stay. Therefore, the person in this position is expected to be aware and prepare for arrivals by communicating with all departments regarding the arrival of guests and communicating any changes needed for their stay in a timely and accurate manner, this includes identifying return guests and VIPís in advance.

HOUSE MAITENANCE WORKER (FT )
This position will be responsible for the overall cleaning and servicing of all publica reas. As well as the general maintenance of all hotel areas. This position must display great attention to detail, as the House Maintenance worker will be expected to take special care in identifying and noting special guest preferences through personal interactions, and keep observations skills. The House Maintenance worker must have good English communication skills, and will be expected to verbally communicate and provide written documentation of any special preferences identified while assisting guests with special requests as well as all areas needing special attention and maintenance.
