Must be flexible with the schedule and able to work weekends.

This position will manage all aspects of the guest experience from personally greeting each guest and providing a VIP check-in/check-out services to being the first point of contact for the guest and personally assisting the guest with all services/requests during their stay. Therefore, the person in this position is expected to be aware and prepare for arrivals by communicating with all departments regarding the arrival of guests and communicating any changes needed for their stay in a timely and accurate manner, this includes identifying return guests and VIPís in advance.

This position is an advanced level Cook that requires knowledge and skill in all areas of kitchen, prep, pantry or line. This position is responsable for the production of food ítems for our F&B operations in a residential style setting. The culinary position must have the ability to identify each guest each guest by knowing their names and food and beverage preferences. The Culinary Concierge Will be expected to proactively communicate with the guests in an effort to obtain food and verage preferences and have the ability to communicate these preferences to the guest experience specialist, hospitality specialist and General Manager. It Will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the kitchen, including maintenance and cleaning of the equipment, checking supplies, rotating food stock, completing requisitions for food and supplies needed.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients at Stanford University. Ability to meet and exceed revenue goals by effectively soliciting, qualifying and negotiating group business. Consistently make prospecting calls, presentations and outside calls to meet and exceed goals. Must have a minimum of two years experience in hospitality sales and customer service. Must be knowledgeable on outlook, MS, Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of ISAC is a plus
