Reservations Agent
A Reservations Agent is responsible for reservations duties, but is not limited to handling guest room reservation requests for the hotel, provide guest with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area, blocking rooms, entering group rooming lists, posting prepayments, billing no-show reservations, and other duties as assigned. Works closely with Sales & Catering, Front Office and Service Express departments. Responsible for booking and maintaining advanced room reservations and group coordination service.

This position requires performance all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. This position is responsible for the production of food items for all F&B outlets and banquet operations. Banquet Server
Provide prompt and courteous service to guests during banquet/catering functions. Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to the banquet event order; time the service of courses to correspond with the dining pace of the guests. Perform pre- and post-shift side work, set-up, condiments, etc. Clear tables after service. Remove trays of dirty dishes, silverware and glassware to kitchen for cleaning. Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction; notify supervisor of guest complaints or unusual situations. Properly store all reusable goods. Perform other duties as assigned, which may include assisting with set up and break down of function space, and plating of meals. Perform other duties as assigned.

Restaurant Supervisor
Assist the F&B/Outlet Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Department (i.e. Restaurant, Room Service, Bar) on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements. Supervises a number of service employees such as servers and buspersons. The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the F&B/Outlet Manager with the overall responsibilities of customer service, some administrative, operational and other responsibilities as assigned or required. Oversee performance of all Food & Beverage associates and informs Manager of corrective action as needed. Maintain procedures to (1) ensure the security and proper storage of inventory, and equipment, (2) ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions, (3) replenish supplies, inventory, uniforms, etc. in a timely and efficient manner, and (4) to minimize waste and control costs. Ensure that all Food & Beverage facilities are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volumes. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Develop a working knowledge of each Food & Beverage position to assist in overall operations efficiency (i.e. Micros, cash handling, side duties, etc.) Perform other duties as assigned.

Room Attendant
Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction and maintain standards of cleanliness and sanitation and provide turndown duties as necessary. Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc. Provide turndown service according to established brand or hotel standards and procedures such as turning down linens, closing drapes, refresh amenities, etc. This position will require the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight.

House Attendant
The Housekeeping House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. Clean and service the assigned public areas according to established quality standards and procedure (I.E. public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors; Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor, remove non-floor closet items and store in appropriate areas.) Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions. Maintains linen rooms with adequate stock of all supplies. Transports all clean and dirty linen to the appropriate areas. Shampoos carpet, clean hallways, and sweeps stairwells as needed. Assist room attendants on assigned floors; collect dirty linens and transport to laundry area, deliver fresh linens to room attendant carts throughout the day. May assist with stripping linens from room and/or the cleaning of public areas. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and housekeeping staff. Respond to guestsí requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, cots, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner.

Front Desk Agent
The Front Office Agentís primary responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction and deliver prompt, courteous service. This position assists in maintaining all aspects of the Front Office areas and serves as a support to the Front Office Management team (and Bell Staff and Night Audit Staff). Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards. Promote hotel services, facilities and outlets; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase guest satisfaction. Position will be required to work varied schedule that may include evenings, nights and weekends.

Front Desk Supervisor
This position must assist and support the Front Office Manger by maintaining supervision for the front office department. This position assists in overseeing all aspects of the front office areas and serves as a support to the Front Office Management team. Must ensure all guest issues are handled and appropriately followed up on quickly and efficiently. Duties may also include training and staff development to ensure all staff is properly trained on systems, security and cash handling procedures, and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions. Must manage the day-to-day activities of the Front Office staff. The Front Office Supervisorís primary responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivering prompt, courteous service. Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards. Promote hotel services, facilities and outlets; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase guest satisfaction. Position will be required to work varied schedule that may include evenings, nights and weekends. The Front Desk Supervisor is accountable for maintaining established standards and controlling expenses in his/her area.
