Server
Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards. Servers engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner. Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary. Perform side-work, and any other opening or closing duties as required. Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift. May receive guest payments and process transactions as outlined in the cash and charge procedures as needed and assist with other duties as assigned.

Bartender
Prepare beverages and/or serve food for the customer in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. The Bartender position should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This person is responsible for check handling and cash control procedures. Prepares all requisitions for liquor and set-up items and servicing to the guest. Set up bar including all liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware and supplies. Perform pre- and post-shift side-work (empty/fill ice-bins, prepare garnishments, replenish/store snacks, etc.). Requisition all necessary supplies. Inventory unused liquor and beverages. Ensure that all liquor is properly secured before, during, and at close of shift. Obtain, count and secure bartenderís bank; receive cash and credit payments from customers; give accurate change and balance cash drawer at end of shift. Greet guests pleasantly as they approach the bar; promote house drinks and utilize up-selling skills to maximize revenues. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on ones style and previous bartending experiences. Adhere to established pouring standards and drink recipes to provide a consistent product to the guests and to control costs. Coordinate food service with restaurant(s) for bar/lounge guests if applicable. Monitor guest behavior and guest alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease; notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired condition of customers; check identification whenever the age of a guest requesting an alcoholic beverage service is questionable.

Front Desk Agent
The Front Office Agentís primary responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction and deliver prompt, courteous service. This position assists in maintaining all aspects of the Front Office areas and serves as a support to the Front Office Management team (and Bell Staff, Door/Valet Staff, Transportation Staff, and Night Audit Staff). Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards. Promote hotel services, facilities and outlets; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase guest satisfaction. Position will be required to work varied schedule that may include evenings, nights and weekends. The Front Desk Agent is accountable for maintaining established standards in his/her area. Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue. Routinely check in/check-out guests, answer phones, take reservations and assist staff with job functions. The Front of Agent will act as a Guest Service Attendant therefore, assist with carrying guest luggage as part of the personalization and rapport building with the guest. May be responsible for issuing safe-deposit boxes to guest and ensuring the security of keys. Perform other duties as assigned, which may include guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, etc.). Maintain a commitment to consistently provide friendly service, and consistently providing the highest quality product and value to every customer on every occasion. Complete opening and closing shift duties, and communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up. Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Make appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Maintenance Worker
Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained. Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems. Follow and enforce procedures that ensure the security of inventory such as tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, televisions, etc., replenishes supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner, and minimizes waste. Assist in training and instruct other members of the staff by passing along other knowledge and skills to assist them in their development and the advancement of your own. Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly including procurement of materials, part, etc., with a high degree of quality. Monitor efficiency of equipment and electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, guests entrance/access doors, television sets, lighting systems and makes minor repairs and/or replacements to ensure proper operation and maximum efficiency. Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool-if applicable, etc. May assist with other duties as assigned.

Busperson
The Busperson is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest and providing fast and courteous service of food and beverage to guests by clearing and setting tables and performing miscellaneous tasks. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. Clear, clean, and set tables according to established service standards. Separate dirty china, glassware and silver and deliver to kitchen for cleaning. Perform set-up and closing side work assignments such as make coffee, fold napkins, etc. Stock service station or pantry with napkins, placemats, condiments, etc. May be required to transport linens to and from laundry. May routinely fill water glasses, serve non-alcoholic beverages, and assist servers by delivering items to guest tables. Perform other duties as assigned including but not limited to room service or mini bar duties.

Room Attendant
Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction and maintain standards of cleanliness and sanitation and provide turndown duties as necessary. Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc. Provide turndown service according to established brand or hotel standards and procedures such as turning down linens, closing drapes, refresh amenities, etc. This position will require the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight.

House Attendant
The Housekeeping House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. Clean and service the assigned public areas according to established quality standards and procedure (I.E. public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors; Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor, remove non-floor closet items and store in appropriate areas.) Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions. Maintains linen rooms with adequate stock of all supplies. Transports all clean and dirty linen to the appropriate areas. Shampoos carpet, clean hallways, and sweeps stairwells as needed. Assist room attendants on assigned floors; collect dirty linens and transport to laundry area, deliver fresh linens to room attendant carts throughout the day. May assist with stripping linens from room and/or the cleaning of public areas. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and housekeeping staff. Respond to guestsí requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, cots, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner.
